The simplest way to make butter biscuits
- Cut the butter into small pieces, soften at room temperature and beat well with an egg beater
- Add sugar, continue to beat well, then add eggs, beat well
- Add flour, mix well with scraper, sprinkle a small amount of hand on the table, and knead the dough into a ball by hand
- Note, do not stir or knead too much, this will lead to high temperature, butter will melt
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes
- Oven preheat 170 degrees
